Hey, there, and welcome to Arvada!

I’m Carly Oduardo, Arvada resident, writer, and mom of two kids. My husband and I found Colorado as adults, and we count ourselves lucky to call The Centennial State home!

After living in Denver for over ten years, we decided to explore the suburbs in search of our forever home.

We found the perfect spot in 2017: A character-filled Arvada home with half an acre of land in a wonderful neighborhood. We’re within walking distance to Olde Town and all it has to offer, with the Gold Line and easy highway access ready to take us whenever we want to adventure through the Denver Metro area.

As a family, we love to travel and adventure as often as we can, so it’s important to us that our home base has opportunities to meet new people and become better global citizens.

So why Arvada?

We love the people, the parks, and, most of all, the incredible and ever-growing list of things to do in our new home.
