Best Breakfast in Olde Town Arvada
Bread Winner’s Cafe
7311 Grandview Ave, Arvada, CO 80002
Open 7:00 am – 2:00 pm Tuesday-Sunday. Closed Mondays.
We love this family-owned-and-operated joint across the street from the McIlvoy House. We appreciate the variety of gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options and will stop by often for breakfast!
My go-to order: The morning scramble with eggs over-easy and sourdough. Try the Tiramisu latte (I like it iced!) for a sweet treat.
La Dolce Vita
5756 Olde Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada, CO 80002
Monday-Friday 6:30am-5pm. Saturday 7:30am-10pm. Sunday 7:30am-5pm.
This is my personal favorite neighborhood coffee shop, where beans are roasted in small batches each week by the family that owns it, runs it, and bakes for it! Pastries, ice cream, quiche, and smiles are served daily. This coffee shop makes us feel right at home!
Yolk’ Town
5614 Olde Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada, CO 80002
Open Saturday and Sunday for Brunch from 10am-2pm.
Located in Mangiami. Gluten-free, veggie, and vegan options available. We haven’t tried this place yet, but locals say the brunch is well worth it!
Snooze: An AM Eatery
7240 W 56th Ave Ste 100, Arvada, CO 80002
Open Monday through Friday 6:30am-2:30pm and Saturday & Sunday from 6:30am-4:00pm.
A short walk and down the hill from downtown Arvada, Snooze is the latest world-class breakfast to grace the neighborhood. With popular locations across the Denver metro. The menu changes seasonally and is, quite literally always good.
Bluegrass Coffee & Bourbon Lounge
7415 Grandview Ave, Arvada, CO 80002
Open Monday through Thursday 11:00am-9:00pm, Friday & Saturday from 9:00am-10:00pm, and Sunday from 9:00am-9:00pm.
With fresh-roasted beans from their own Bluegrass Coffee Company, this has quickly become our new favorite morning coffee joint. We love stopping by after a session of Vinyasa yoga at Grey’s studio!
Drink menu items include coffee, teas, Italian sodas, and even “dirty sodas” with RedBull to get you going on those sleepy afternoons.
Bluegrass offers a weekday breakfast from 7am-2pm, where you can choose your fave: bagels, breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, breakfast burritos, french toast, and southern-style biscuits and gravy are all top-notch.
On the weekend, join ’em for brunch between 9am-12pm and grab a mimosa or specialty brunch pizza.

Secret Level: The Best Barcade in Olde Town Arvada
What is a barcade, anyway? Becoming more and more popular for (ehem) generations of folks looking for a night out with good beverages and a side of nostalgia, we locals got our own taste of this unique scene in 2023.
